Since 2005 the Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (OBLADC) has taken over the Licensing and Certifying of all Alcohol and Drug Counselors in the State of Oklahoma. 

The LADC/MH is a non-reciprocal credential and is only valid in the State of Oklahoma
